If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Your continued use of the website following any updates to these Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised provisions.

Fame Finance provides a digital environment for personal finance optimization, including but not limited to:

• Automated budgeting algorithms and expenditure tracking.
• AI-based asset management simulations and market analysis.
• Financial data architecture visualizations and reporting.
• Technical documentation regarding tax automation technologies.

Fame Finance does not provide regulated investment advice or banking services. All automated outputs are for informational and educational purposes only.

Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI budgeting algorithms or data infrastructure.
• Using the service for any fraudulent activities or money laundering purposes.
• Accessing the platform via automated means (bots, scrapers) without express written consent.
• Bypassing any security measures or authentication systems implemented by Fame Finance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these prohibitions without prior notice.

All content, including but not limited to software code, AI models, UI/UX design, logos, and financial methodologies, is the exclusive property of Fame Finance or its licensors. These assets are protected by the Copyright Act of Japan and international intellectual property treaties.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use only.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." FAME FINANCE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY OF FINANCIAL FORECASTS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE AI TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Japan, Fame Finance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools. This includes, without limitation, financial losses, data loss, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated budgeting suggestions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), we ensure the highest standards of data integrity.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
